The minister of Finance, Alejandro Zelaya delivered four initiatives to the President of the Legislative Assembly in order to protect the pockets of salvadorans in the face of the international inflationary crisis and cushion the economic cost of the same.

The President of the Defensoría del Consumidor (DC), Ricardo Salazar, makes a tour in different gas stations in the western part of the country, to verify the temporary elimination of a percentage of taxes in the price of fuels.

The Ministerio de Economía (MINEC), informs salvadorans that fuel prices will increase US$0.21 and US$0.17, effective from february 8 to 21, 2022.

The Ministry of Economy (MINEC), announced the new variations in fuel prices that will be in effect from january 25 to february 7, 2022. Premium, regular and super gasoline will increase US$0.22 and US$0.17.

Fuel expert Julio Villagran, explains that the last variation of 2021, in fuel prices will present important reductions in premium gasoline, regular and diesel.

The ministerio de Economía (MINEC), informs salvadorans that fuel prices will show a slight decrease of between US$0.11 and US$0.10, which will be in effect from november 30 to december 13, 2021.

Fuel expert, Julio Villagrán expressed that for next week fuel prices could show a decrease in regular gasoline, diesel and super are going to decrease US$0.10 per gallon.

According to the Ministry of Economy (MINEC), starting tomorrow, gasoline prices will increase from october 19 to november 1, 2021 in the three zones of the country.
