The Consumer Protection Law establishes three means to solve conflicts: conciliation, mediation and arbitration, which are widely developed. With this, the consumer has the means to achieve the solution of controversies.

The Consumer Law, which recognizes the rights of consumers, not only seeks that consumers have access to quality products, and that they are protected from the risks that may involve certain products, but also seeks that, in the occurrence of damage caused by the consumption of any good or service, those affected may have access to justice and obtain redress.
