The Institute will be formed by a president, appointed by the salvadoran president, and will have a council integrated by the ministries of Economy, Finance, Government and INCAF. This representation will have the power to determine the development of training and education programs for the continuous improvement in the learning of the business sector and the population of vulnerable areas of the country.
The functioning and operation of the funds that the new institution will receive will be distributed as follows: 20% will be allocated to INCAF to improve the capacities of the economically active population. Forty percent will be allocated to the Integration Commission for vulnerable people and the other 40% will be for the reduction of the digital divide and improvement of the curriculum in the educational system.
"This law is defined as labor alignment between private enterprise and government institutions, as it provides the necessary tools to connect salvadorans with employment. This is the first step to many reforms that will be necessary to continue building the country we all deserve", said Congresswoman Marcela Pineda.
