The country is expected to receive 3.2 million visitors in 2023, leaving $3.7 billion in foreign exchange income. The Government of El Salvador maintains its firm commitment to continue positioning the country as a tourist reference on a global scale.
The forum will be held on december 12 and 13. It represents a platform for the search for new frontiers in the tourism industry, highlighting the importance of solidarity and sustainability as fundamental pillars of practices in the industry.
Representatives from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and El Salvador participated in the activity. Speakers from Mexico and Chile were also present, contributing to strengthen the network of countries committed to tourism from an integral, responsible and sustainable vision.
