The Dirección General de Energía, Hidrocarburos y Minas has announced the new fuel prices for the next few days, which continue to remain low just a few days before the beginning of 2024.

In the central zone the price of premium gasoline will be reduced by US$0.05 leaving its new cost at US$3.77, regular gasoline will see a reduction of US$0.03 which will leave its price at US$3.67 and diesel will have an adjustment of US$0.10 which will leave its cost at US$3.69.

In the western zone of El Salvador, premium gasoline will have a downward change of US$0.05, which will leave its final price at US$3.78; regular gasoline will suffer a decrease in its cost of US$0.03, which will leave the price of this energy resource at US$3.68; and in the case of diesel, its cost will be reduced by US$0.10, which will determine its price at US$3.70.

And finally, in the eastern part of the country, premium gasoline will have a reduction in its price of US$0.05, which will leave its final price at US$3.81. Regular gasoline will have a decrease of US$0.03, which will leave it at a price of US$3.71 and diesel in the east of the country will have a variation of US$0.10 downward, leaving the price at US$3.73.
