25 pound Propane Gas presentation remains at US$11.13 for january

The Ministerio de Economía (MINEC), informs salvadorans that propane gas prices remain stable with the subsidies provided by the Central Government as part of the 11 economic measures implemented in 2022.

For those who buy the 25-pound presentation, the value is US$11.13 to the consumer, and for those with the targeted subsidy it is US$3.09.

People who use the 35-pound presentation for their business or home, the value is US$15.50 to the consumer and with subsidy they find it at US$7.46.

In the 20-pound presentation, salvadorans will be able to purchase it at a cost of US$8.98 to the consumer and US$0.94 with subsidy. As for the 10-pound drum, it can be purchased at US$4.61.

Gas prices for the final consumer will remain at the same value of last month, due to the extension of the subsidy that was presented by the Ministry of Finance to the Legislative Assembly and will be approved in december 2022.
