The graduating associates come from the Maxi Despensa, Despensa de Don Juan and Apopa Distribution Center stores, and benefited from the virtual education program that Walmart has implemented internally to provide opportunities for growth, development, teamwork and collaboration, in addition to supporting studies through corporate discounts and encouraging them to train through virtual education.
"We are very proud to contribute to the growth of 14 associates who today successfully complete their studies with a specialty in retail. With this achievement, graduating associates will have the opportunity to apply for middle management and supervisory positions, in addition to strengthening the competencies required in the retail business.
