Banco Promerica has been certified for the fourth consecutive year as one of the Best Places to Work in Central America and the Caribbean by Great Place to Work (GPTW), a global organization that has become a benchmark for promoting good practices and proper management of the organizational climate in companies.

The distinction reaffirms Banco Promerica's ongoing commitment to promote excellence in its work environment and the integral development of its employees. The certification, granted by Great Place to Work, reflects the financial institution's sustained efforts to create an environment that fosters trust, pride and a sense of belonging among its teams.
