Plaza Mundo wins first place in Top Customer Experience in Shopping Malls category

Plaza Mundo, has been awarded by the Top Customer Experience (TCX) contest. The study was conducted in El Salvador by MARKETING PLUS, a company specialized in marketing intelligence and customer experience, which defined Plaza Mundo as the mall with the best customer experience in the preference of salvadoran consumers.

Grupo AGRISAL through its shopping centers Plaza Mundo Soyapango and Plaza Mundo Apopa remain in the preference thanks to the different experiences in each visit, which translate into 2.5 million visits per month.

About the research

To reach this conclusion, 7,500 thousand evaluations were made among the salvadoran population, in major cities and the interior of the country, with a margin of error of 1% and a confidence level of 95%. This metric includes the evaluations that consumers make through 4 pillars: brand, product, interaction and feelings.

The people interviewed for the research were men and women over 18 years of age, who evaluated the shopping centers they visit most frequently, in a structured questionnaire lasting 3 minutes. After analyzing the results collected by MARKETINGPLUS, Plaza Mundo was placed as the winner over its other competitors.
