The Women's Leadership Forum will allow participants to learn about experiences to discover within themselves, how to be an ingenious person, exploiting their skills and potential. To this end, speakers, businesswomen, professionals, and specialists will share their experiences and how business acumen becomes a strategic skill that allows learning to make better decisions to be a leader in any sector.

In addition, it seeks to analyze aspects related to personal development from a leadership vision, new trends, expert recommendations, among others, through keynote lectures, mentoring, masterclasses and discussion forums.

For several years, ASI has been working to train Salvadoran women by expanding their competencies.

With the Forum it is directing this effort to contribute to the empowerment of women so that they can also be creators of new businesses, new initiatives, design new products, and to strengthen the role of women in the industry and in El Salvador. The guild supports the development of the potential of women who are increasingly making their way. As of May 2023, according to official data, there were 74,933 women working in the industry, which represents 41% of the total number of employees in the industry.

The participation of women in the workforce contributes to the growth and development of our country.
