For the central zone the prices are US$4.88 for premium gasoline, US$4.68 for regular gasoline and US$4.43 for diesel.

In the western zone, premium gasoline will cost US$4.89, regular gasoline US$4.69 and diesel US$4.44.

In the eastern zone superior gasoline will cost US$4.93 cents, regular gasoline US$4.73 cents and diesel US$4.48.

Combustible, Bomba, Energía

An increase of US$0.12 cents was observed for diesel at the national level.

External factors influencing fuel prices are:

1.         The drop in oil reserves in the United States reported by the International Energy Agency (IEA), generating a mixed trend in international hydrocarbon prices.

2.         The passage of Hurricane Idalia, generating tension in the prices of oil derivatives, due to threats of oil production stoppages in its platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

3.         Saudi Arabia and Russia propose to extend their oil production cuts to maintain international oil prices.
