Authorities continue to be active in protecting consumers from global inflation

International market prices maintain a trend of increases in different products, affecting markets such as the salvadoran one. President Nayib Bukele has ordered the government to maintain strategic measures to cushion the impact of global inflation at home.

"The economic measures implemented by our Government have been key for us to be one of the countries least affected by inflation at a regional level", said the head of the Ministerio de Economía (MINEC).
