For the Executive President of AES El Salvador, Abraham Bichara, guaranteeing the best working conditions that allow the growth and full professional and personal development of employees is a fundamental practice within the group's companies. "Achieving this recognition has only been possible thanks to frank dialogue and negotiation, through transparent, serious and honest discussions, which have allowed us, throughout our history, to find points of rapprochement and satisfactory agreements for all parties", said Bichara.

This award becomes an incentive to the valuable work of all the parties that play a determining role in guaranteeing the best working conditions for the employees, among them, the Human Resources Department and the Legal Department of AES El Salvador, as well as the Sindicato de la Industria Eléctrica de El Salvador, with whom a close dialogue has been permanently maintained, which has allowed us to know first hand the needs of the sector.

In this way, AES El Salvador will continue to seek fair and safe working environments and conditions, to continue promoting valuable practices that ensure the welfare of its entire workforce.

The Premio Nacional a la Negociación Colectiva was held for the second consecutive year as an incentive to the employer sector, both private and public, to execute the best labor practices through respect for national and international regulations in force. In the 2022 edition, AES CAESS and SIES stood out among the recognized institutions.
