Bancoagricola invests more than half a million dollars in new agency at Millennium Plaza

With the vision to innovate and continue investing in El Salvador, Bancoagricola inaugurated the new Millennium Plaza Agency, located in Torre Millennium.

With an investment of more than half a million dollars, this new Millennium Plaza Agency model, unique in the country, marks the basis for the transformation of the model with which Bancoagricola will serve salvadorans in its banking agencies, prioritizing a closer service and adjusted to the needs of all.

According to Rafael Barraza, Executive President of Bancoagrícola, "Our purpose is to promote sustainable development to achieve the well-being of all. That is why we decided to open this agency in Torre Millennium in response to the demand in this fast-growing area. Bringing the future to banking in the country is and will be possible to the extent that we learn from our clients, putting innovation at the service of better and new experiences. Innovation is not only technological, and our relationship with our customers has shown us that we all have different needs".

For this reason, it has the following features:

  • New waiting rooms that put people's comfort at the center.
  • It has a Preferential Attention Center (CAP) that can also be accessed from the Millennium Tower lobby; this space prioritizes personalized attention and greater privacy for the preferential client.
  • It has a new and more efficient queue management mechanism.
  • It offers Wifi connection for customers, with which they can access or link in a better way to digital channels.

Thanks to the connection with the Galerías Shopping Mall, where there is also a Bancoagrícola branch, customers can visit the branch of their choice from any point, regardless of the vehicle route they are on.

"We have identified different customer profiles and we want them to have as many options as possible to approach the bank and make their lives easier. This agency is in addition to the more than 1,800 physical service points we have throughout El Salvador and reiterates our commitment to be closer to everyone to be how, when and where the customer needs us”, said the executive president.

Agencia Millennium Plaza will be open from monday to friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 m. The express area will remain open 24 hours a day.

In addition, Millennium Plaza Agency offers the following services:

  • Total Plus ATMs: customers can make cash or debit deposits and payments to a Bancoagrícola account, and payments through bar codes, manual capture or corporate collection cards.
  • Video call booth allows customers to connect with Telebanca.
  • Kiosk: customers can make inquiries and electronic transactions with greater security, agility and convenience.
  • Customer service: an advisor will be available to provide personalized assistance on the products that meet the customer's needs.
  • Cashier: a teller will be available for those who need to make monetary transactions.
  • Preferential Attention Center (CAP): a space where preferential customers will find their executives for personalized attention. In this way, Bancoagrícola reiterates its commitment to salvadorans and their economic and social development, challenging the conventional, exploring new opportunities and different ways to provide superior experiences to its customers.
