Holcim was selected by the editorial committee for the integral impact that the company generates, standing out for its leadership and positioning in the areas of sustainability, reputation and work environment. This earned it to be named as one of the Empresa de Impacto 2024, and the only company in the construction sector to be recognized with this distinction.

The awards gala was attended by the Minister of Economy, María Luisa Hayem, who said that "El Salvador is going through a time of transformation and opportunities that can be seen in the number of buildings under construction throughout the country", referring to construction as a driver of the national economy.

Melissa Montalvo, Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs of Holcim El Salvador received the award and, in her message, said: "This 2024 we are celebrating 75 years of being part of the construction of dreams and stories of salvadorans... being recognized for our integral impact on the country motivates us to continue innovating with innovative and sustainable construction solutions that accompany El Salvador in its economic development”.
