This edition has benefited 22 young people who completed their studies in an educational model of dual Training, used very successfully in the Cajas de Ahorro de Alemania, which is characterized by being carried out in two learning locations, combining theoretical technical study in the training school and practical training in the company.

This diploma course is aimed at young high school graduates, with the objective of creating a qualified profile to fulfill different functions in technical areas of the Cajas de Crédito and the Bancos de los Trabajadores members of the SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO, allowing them to acquire a lot of knowledge in an integral way for their professional growth.

"It fills us with satisfaction, that as part of our corporate social responsibility actions, as is the promotion of education, we can conclude the fourth edition of the Diploma Financial Technical Advisor with which since 2014 to date have benefited more than 70 young people, allowing them to strengthen their technical skills", said Karla María Granados, Head of the Business School of FEDECRÉDITO.

Likewise, the SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO announced the launch of the fifth edition of the Technical Financial Advisor Diploma (ATF), in which a new group of young salvadorans from municipalities distributed in the northern, central, western and eastern areas of the country will participate.

The event was attended by Macario Armando Rosales Rosa, President and CEO of FEDECRÉDITO; Hernán Alvarado, Innovatech El Salvador Coordinator of the Fundación de Cajas de Ahorro de Alemania and Emilio Campos Mendoza, Director of Continuing Education of the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), the educational institution that delivered the certification to the new Financial Technical Advisors of the SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO.
