El Salvador donates technological equipment to the Registro Nacional de las Personas de Honduras

The Registro Nacional de las Personas Naturales (RNPN) made an important donation of technological equipment to the Registro Nacional de las Personas de la República de Honduras.

 The donation delivered by officials of the Government of El Salvador consisted of 10 personalization machines for the printing of identification cards model SCP 60.

The equipment has laser engraving technology, color image printing, which allows a minimum resolution of 600 DPI, with a printing performance of at least 60 PVC cards per hour. This important contribution to the work of the RNP of Honduras, in the issuance of identity documents for its citizens. The signing of the agreement was attended by the deputy minister of Foreign Affairs, Adriana Mira; the general director of the Agencia de El Salvador para la Cooperación Internacional (ESCO), Karla de Palma; the commissioner president of the RNP of Honduras, Óscar Rivera; and the president of the RNPN, Fernando Velasco.

 "For me, this event really has a very special place in the heart of the relations that El Salvador has with the world, which are varied, and we are opening them more and more. In short, one of the most important relations is the one with the government and the people of Honduras and every time we have an event with Honduras it fills us with great joy because there is a lot of synergy, because we are more than united nations, we are sister nations", said Vice Minister Mira.

On different occasions, the Government of El Salvador has contributed to the countries of the region in different areas. In this way, an integrating cooperation between sister nations is maintained.
