The Government points out that prices have been lowered by international influence, such as diplomatic efforts in the geopolitical conflict in Israel and Gaza. The lifting of sanctions by the United States on Venezuela to export oil, thus generating a downward trend. Also, the increase in U.S. refinery production and oil reserves.
