To designate this award, Ookla analyzed 103,888 user tests using the Speedtest application, whose results confirm that Claro greatly outperforms other operators in El Salvador in mobile speeds in upload and download times.

The Speedtest awards for the best mobile network providers in speed are determined by a Speed Score that incorporates a measure of each provider's upload and download speed to rank network speed performance. During the award period, Claro earned an outstanding speed score, consolidating its market leadership.
