The Asociación Cafetalera de El Salvador announced the export of the first container of coffee beans as part of the Chamani project to the company Five Points Trading Corp, from the United States.

The Asociación Cafetalera de El Salvador (ACAFESAL), confirmed that, during 2021, there was an increase in coffee exports, according to the sector the country managed to export 79% of the entire harvest of the year.

The Dirección General de Aduanas (DGA), reported through its twitter account have managed to collect more than US$34 million in export and import taxes, as a result of the hard work done by our staff to facilitate trade.
