The different varieties and processes of coffee from El Salvador were present at the annual edition of the World Specialty Coffee Conference and Exhibition, in coordination with the Consejo Salvadoreño del Café.
The fair counted with 63,800 attendees from different countries, who tasted samples from the 6 producing regions of the country. Among them were the winners of the Taza de Excelencia 2023.
This event received members of the salvadoran diaspora, importing companies and japanese coffee shops that commercialize the golden bean. "I really liked the natural pacamara, I felt notes of red wine. I want to offer this variety to my clients", expressed one of the salvadoran participants.
Asia's largest specialty coffee event brings together specialty coffee industry professionals from around the world for an annual coffee festival.
