MOP will be executing road construction works that will improve vehicular traffic

The Ministerio de Obras Públicas (MOP), is conducting studies to carry out works to streamline vehicular traffic in the Metropolitan Area of San Salvador.

Among the areas that the institution is bidding to work soon are:

  • Redondel Integración
  • La Gloria Volcano Street
  • Old street to Zacamil
  • Monumento Hermano Bienvenido a Casa
  • Árbol de La Paz
  • Redondel Utila

The ministry assures that it is continuously working on integral works to solve vehicular congestion and that the construction of strategic and planned road infrastructure will contribute to provide optimal solutions.

Also, this ministry will be announcing the next works that will be executed to benefit salvadorans who daily use public transportation or their own vehicles and spend several hours in traffic to get to their workplaces or home.
