World Bank urges to close digital divides

The World Bank points out in its latest report that working on existing digital divides in Latin America and the Caribbean would support minorities to progress.

 

The President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele, inaugurated the 3 de febrero Hydroelectric Power Plant in the department of San Miguel, in the municipality of Carolina.

The company has invested more than US$270 million in infrastructure, state-of-the-art technology and modernization of the terminal, making it the best option for cargo movement through the Atlantic in the CA-4 and Belize.

Last year, El Salvador exported more than US$1 billion worth of goods to Honduras, making it the third largest destination market for total exports. El Salvador also purchased US$960 million worth of goods from Honduras, making it the fifth largest supplier of inputs and goods to the country.

Freight carriers and private users of diesel fuel will be able to take a break from the drop in fuel costs during this week.
