Inversiones Bolivar successfully concludes its Santa Rosa project, boosting growth in the northwest of Santa Tecla

Inversiones Bolivar, a leader in the real estate sector with more than 60 years in the market, successfully concludes one of its most emblematic housing complexes: Santa Rosa a dream come true that has improved the standard of living for its inhabitants and boosted socioeconomic growth in the northeast of Santa Tecla.

Santa Rosa is part of the legacy of Inversiones Bolivar and since the beginning of its commercialization in 2012, has marked a before and after in the real estate industry, with an investment of $215,000,000 and generating more than 3,000 monthly jobs during its construction, was an important part in the economic and social reactivation of El Calvario neighborhood in Santa Tecla.

Santa Rosa began with horizontal housing and evolved the way of living in the complex with the incorporation of vertical housing with Casas del Arbol, in total more than 1,100 families enjoy a large number of amenities with parks totaling more than 9.5 blocks.

Since its innovative design and subsequent construction, this complex was conceived for its residents to have a life like no other, incorporating common spaces and unique amenities such as the ecological and central park, the sports route, 4 sports courts, gazebos, pergolas, 2 event rooms and the Arboreto, a building that houses: multipurpose rooms, terrace, multimedia room, event room and coworking area. In addition, the users of Casas del Árbol also have their own spaces for recreation, such as the outdoor green gym, large green areas between the apartment towers, bicycle parking, among other benefits.

With the firm purpose of building life projects that provide wellbeing and a commitment to a sustainable future, Inversiones Bolivar planted 7,000 trees within the complex and 35,000 bushes both in the complex and in the protected area of El Playón. In addition, other actions of impact for the community were carried out, such as the improvement of road circulation with more than 1,000 m of streets and sidewalks (16 Av. Nte and 1 Calle Pte.), collaboration with the Santa Tecla Cuerpo de Agentes Municipales to guarantee the safety of the inhabitants, improvement of the aqueduct system, and contributions to different projects of the municipality.

The development company has been characterized for promoting projects that generate economic and social development in the country, thus fulfilling its objective of becoming a Welfare Factory not only for its clients, suppliers, shareholders, collaborators, but also for the community where its projects are located.
