The Federación de Cajas de Crédito y de Bancos de los Trabajadores, in agreement with the Fundación de Cajas de Ahorro de Alemania and the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), held the graduation of the fourth edition of the Technical Financial Advisor Diploma (ATF), as part of the Dual Education and Training Systems project.
