After one year, this park has become one of the favorite destinations for salvadoran families and foreign tourists, because among other attractions this is the only park in the region that is located in the coastal area, which comes to increase its tourism potential.

Since its inauguration on august 26th of last year, this park has been characterized for providing the population with a healthy recreation, receiving since its opening more than 700 thousand national and foreign visitors.

We cannot fail to mention that through the initiative of the Government of President Nayib Bukele, Sunset Park opens its doors every Wednesday to receive students from schools of the public system, as well as members of communities across the country, giving them the opportunity to enjoy a day full of fun and learning completely free, benefiting so far more than 21 thousand people.

And precisely to celebrate these great achievements obtained during the first year, this coming sunday the ISTU has prepared a special agenda to be developed in Sunset Park, with different activities that can be enjoyed with family or friends. To begin with, it has been arranged that during that day visitors will have free access to all the mechanical games, during the normal opening hours, which are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, starting at 5:00 p.m. visitors will be able to enjoy the anniversary celebration, with attractions such as face painting, photo booth, live DJ music, tropical carnival, among other activities designed to be enjoyed by the whole family.

In this celebration can not miss the masterful presentation of the Military Band of the El Salvador Naval Force, who thanks to the articulated work every weekend delight Salvadoran families with their excellent interpretations.

Of course to close with a flourish this first anniversary, the fireworks show, which promises to become a real spectacle in the sky, cannot be missed.
