The Comisión Ejecutiva Hidroelectrica del Río Lempa (CEL), received a technical mission from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), to explain how we are progressing with the preparation of the Universal Energy Access Program in El Salvador.

An initiative carried out together with Distribuidora Eléctrica Cuscatlán (DEC), to bring energy to the last corner of the country.

To learn about the conditions of the communities that currently do not have electricity and the information gathering instruments applied to this program.

The program includes a component of awareness and participation of the communities; that is why we are collecting information related to social, economic, environmental, cultural, educational and other aspects.

Not only are we generating clean energy, but we also seek to connect lives and dreams in our country.
