Haydée de Trigueros is a family woman, passionate about her work and committed to her community. As Executive Director of the Fundación Empresarial para la Acción Social (FUNDEMAS), she works tirelessly to promote sustainability and development in El Salvador through the business sector.

Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in driving initiatives that generate a positive impact on society and the environment. For her, International Women's Day is an occasion to celebrate the achievements of women and reflect on the challenges they still face in the business world and in society in general.

She recognizes the importance of continuing to move towards equal opportunities and female empowerment, and advocates for policies that promote inclusion and respect. Throughout her career, Haydée has faced a number of challenges, including balancing her professional and family life. However, her determination and commitment have led her to achieve important accomplishments, such as strengthening governance in the organizations she has led and expanding the impact of FUNDEMAS in El Salvador.

As a woman leader, Haydée believes in holistic thinking and the power of collaboration to generate positive change in the business world. She promotes equal opportunities and the development of female leadership and works to close the gender gap in the labor market and society in general.

In her perspective, Haydée highlights the multiple capabilities of women, which consider economic, social and family aspects, emphasizing the importance of quality and details, as well as promoting innovation while maintaining traditions.

Her advice to women who wish to enter the business world is clear: never give up and take advantage of their unique ability to transform their environment and become agents of change. With determination and dedication, every woman can achieve self-improvement and contribute to her country's progress.
