BCR launched the Transfer365 electronic payment system

Through Transfer365, users will be able to make transactions such as bank account payments, payroll payments, loan payments, credit card payments, among others.

This commitment to streamline electronic transactions with the Transfer365 system, continues to modernize the institutions for the benefit of the salvadoran population, with this the financial sector will have a new service that has the characteristics of being modern, secure and agile, to streamline electronic transactions. A very important sector that was forgotten by previous administrations.

The launching ceremony was attended by the Secretary of Commerce and Investments, Miguel Kattán and the President of the Banco Central de Reserva (BCR), Douglas Rodríguez.

"We need to achieve, in the shortest possible time, that our operations can be carried out with the agility that today's world is demanding", said Miguel Kattán, Secretary of Trade and Investment.

The Transfer365 service is inclusive, as it will be offered by various institutions of the financial system, including banks, state-owned banks, cooperatives and savings and loan companies. It has high quality and security standards for your peace of mind.

"The BCR has made the new service available so that you can make transfers between banks, such as credit card payments, loans, and, for companies, payroll payments", explained Douglas Rodríguez, president of the BCR.

The service will be available in the electronic banking of financial institutions.

During the launching of the new mass payment platform, the president of the BCR emphasized to users that the limitations to make payments and transactions only on business days are over.

According to the official, more than 3.5 million depositors of the banking system and more than 2,000 clients of cooperative Banks, and savings and loan companies will be able to use the new payment platform.
