The Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG), through the Centro de Desarrollo de la Pesca y la Acuicultura (CENDEPESCA), accredited 145 captains of industrial vessels, certifying them to continue developing marine shrimp fishing operations in national waters since june 17.
