According to the official, María Luisa Hayem, explained that this project marks the digital transformation in the country, strengthening the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation. Now El Salvador has a digital economy platform, where the different actors that make up the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem will be linked.

To access the platform, go to http://digital.economia.gob.sv  where the user can find tools such as the electronic signature, digital maturity diagnosis, a system for streamlining procedures for investors, a repository of regulatory frameworks, success stories, among others.

This portal will take the virtuality to another extreme, also expect that this portal will be very useful to promote the digital and technological services sector, which is in the priorities of the Central Government.

From this integration, a very significant step is being taken to position El Salvador as a regional "hub" in innovation and technology, which provides the conditions for companies, local and foreign, to establish, operate and grow in our country.

In addition, they hope that it will be a place where the productive sector will find solutions to improve their production capacity, improve the quality of their products, and for the general population, especially young people, this will be a place where they can find training opportunities in the area of technology.
