The signing of this Letter of Understanding will bring strategic benefits that will offer training and updating opportunities for companies, partner organizations and FGK collaborators through ADEN's educational offerings.

Since june 2022 both organizations have conducted virtual and face-to-face talks with a focus on the development of updated best management practices, aimed at senior management of private companies and organizations that work in favor of youth employment.

"We appreciate the collaboration of relevant actors such as ADEN that are aligned with the commitment of Fundación Gloria Kriete to create shared knowledge, we consider that the challenge of providing young people with decent employment is a great engine for the economic and social transformation of individuals, organizations and companies in the country in general. We seek to continue promoting employability training and access to decent work for young people through companies, from a local and global perspective", commented Juana Jule, executive director of Fundación Gloria Kriete.

Oportunidades program of Fundación Gloria Kriete  offers comprehensive training focused on the skills demanded by today's labor market, with a comprehensive pedagogical model that seeks to train skilled profiles for the offers that companies derive today and for the formation of the talent of the future, the program offers individualized accompaniment and internships in sectors of high labor demand, which increase the opportunities for incorporation into employment. To date, the program has placed 882 young people in internships and permanent employment.

ADEN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL is a global educational network focused on the training and professional development of company executives and managers. It is characterized by the innovation of its learning models oriented to practical application and the use of interactive, experiential and playful class methodologies, taught by professors who transmit their vast managerial experience and transfer best practices that are applied in companies throughout Latin America.

During the term of the agreement ADEN will provide benefits within the framework of this alliance, among which we can mention: virtual or face-to-face sessions, webinars with various topics of trend and relevance in the current labor market, scholarships for management development that ADEN imparts in person, among several more.

"On this occasion we thank FGK for the establishment of this alliance, with which we intend to strengthen decision makers and strategic allies with updated knowledge on best management practices, for a better performance in the achievement of their institutional projects". This was stated by the Corporate Director of ADEN International Business School, Mario Rivas.

Additionally, FGK collaborators will be able to apply to the following study options with a scholarship percentage: Executive MBA online and one year MBA online, specialized master's degree, specialized program.

"The objective of the agreement with ADEN is that the employer companies receive the benefit of training on the subject of employability through different workshops that are taught with ADEN mentors, in these spaces we know the real needs that the private sector demands today to hire human talent, additionally we bring to them the valuable human resource that is born from our opportunities program", said Claudia Diaz, director of employability of the Oportunidades program.
