Live to the fullest in El Encanto

Written by Evelyn Alas

El Encanto recently inaugurated its new Añil restaurant, swimming pool plaza and children's pool, and presented three new residential projects. To date, 345 lots have been completed, an 18-hole golf course and a country club with diverse amenities and future developments in process.

The Country Club is complemented by a residential area in which we estimate that, at the end of the year, 100 families are living or building their homes.

The idea of the project was conceived for a community of people who appreciate nature, outdoor sports, who like to share with family and friends, and at the same time care about their emotional and physical well-being, in an environment perfectly integrated with nature. The golf course was designed by architect Perry Dye of Dye Designs, one of the world's most recognized golf architecture firms.

"We are a constantly evolving project that offers a unique living experience in El Salvador. A concept that combines a country club, the entertainment of a golf course, outdoor sports and the luxury of living surrounded by nature. We have focused on three lines: residential, club and infrastructure", said Mario González, general manager of El Encanto.

The recently inaugurated Añil restaurant, under the direction of chef Rick Zachrisson, offers a first class gastronomic experience, fusing flavors that satisfy the most demanding tastes with a specially designed menu. Additionally, the new pool plaza and children's pool were inaugurated, as well as improvements to the existing amenities.

"We have diversified the offer of amenities for the enjoyment of adults and children by inaugurating 2 squash courts, lighted driving range with food and beverage service, paddle tennis court, tennis courts, full gym, Bike Park, Añil restaurant, children's pool, splash pad, pool plaza with cabins, slip and slide and adventure zone", said José Juan Serra, director of SERPA, El Encanto's main investor.

A new zone of 6 blocks, called Conacastes de El Encanto, is currently being developed for single-family lots and finished product. Another of El Encanto's new developments is to offer condominiums of finished homes. Currently, planning is being completed for the first of several projects: Vistas de El Encanto and Terrazas de El Encanto. Both projects have homes designed for the salvadoran family, views of the golf course and the surrounding nature.

In the last year and a half they have invested around $4,000,000 in the complex and for the next 10 years they have projected an important investment for the development of a 95-block master plan and the realization of more finished product projects.

"We want people to discover a new way of life in community, within a state-of-the-art development perfectly integrated into a natural environment. We want to be the place where they can live to the fullest, prioritizing their physical and mental well-being", said Rafael Penagos, Chairman of the Board of Directors. El Encanto breathes nature, freedom, security and trust.
