This cooperation instrument, which has an amount of USD$117 million, was presented by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adriana Mira and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in El Salvador, Carlos de la Morena.

The Country Framework will allow progress to be made in three areas: economic reactivation, social welfare and security, and effective government.
For this purpose, she explained that El Salvador will have an amount of more than 100 million euros, of which 67 million will be in the form of a donation, while more than 43 million will be in the form of a reimbursable loan.
