Summer is coming and Los Cebollines is getting ready to offer you a delicious experience with the deserved Mexican flavor. Its VERANO MEXICANO menu, will be the opportunity to taste the best recipes, with ingredients that will make you enjoy this time of the year.

The summer menu is available at Los Cebollines Próceres, La Gran Vía and Escalón restaurants, from march 11 to april 30, 2024. The summer menu service is available at lunch and dinner times, at restaurants and, home delivery at 2112-9595.

The dishes of the VERANO MEXICANO menu are:

  • MAR Y MAR: fresh sea bass seasoned with the Chef's rub, with shrimp tossed in our chipotle-chillon sauce and chili powder, served over sautéed green beans and cubed potatoes, garnished with baby elotito tatemado and pickled red onion. Accompanied by our delicious mexican esquites.

  • TAZÓN TULUM: bed of our garden rice, garnished with our combination of seafood and shrimp sautéed in chili powder and tequila. Lettuce, esquites, radish, cucumber, pico de gallo, avocado, chile rancho and mango tatemado. Garnished with our mango-habanero sauce (semi-spicy).

  • TACOS DE CARNITAS DE PULPO:: corn tortillas garnished with our chipotle mayo sauce and fresh octopus seasoned with spice mix and chili powder, grilled panela cheese, taquero cambray onions, cucumber and radish. Served with ranchero beans and chile de arbol sauce.

  • TACOS DUROS DEL MAR: Fried tortilla tacos filled with zarandeado shrimp in a mixture of chili peppers, tatemado mango, our mayo Chipotle and lettuce. Served with pico de gallo, avocado sauce and lime.

  • CHILPACHOLE - Seafood Cream (dairy free): Our classic seafood soup made with shrimp, calamari and fish fillet, with a touch of corn and cilantro. Served with Los Cebollines nachos.
  • CEVICHE VERACRUZANO: Fresh shrimp seasoned in citrus juice and spices combined with tomato, onion, cilantro, and tomato juice. Garnished with avocado slices, served with Los Cebollines nachos.
  • SEAFOOD SOUP (Chilpachole): Our classic and famous seafood soup with shrimp, squid, and fish fillet, with a touch of corn and cilantro. Served with Nachos Los Cebollines
