Currently, they decided to expand their services to include pilot training, with standards of the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States (FAA). With this, they want to promote tourism and economic movements in this sector, in addition to generating jobs in El Salvador.

Link Aviation Services has operational safety protocols. The students receive theoretical and practical classes; during the flight phase, different procedures are performed, such as maneuvers, touch and go, visual routes during the flight time.

"We want to give opportunities to young people who are looking for a job because young people create, generate, they are sparks. All our personnel are trained in first aid", said Otto Madrid.

He said that the human factor is important; therefore, he indicates that his team has "people who have a lot of experience in aviation, they are in charge of maintenance. They make sure that the aircraft is in optimum condition mechanically speaking so that people can enjoy their trips", he said.

Otto Madrid, originally from Usulután, has lived in the United States for 20 years, where he also promotes enterprises in the areas of construction and logistics services, in addition to working as a flight instructor, he is CEO of JPN Mansory LLC based in Washington.

Thus, the efforts and support provided to entrepreneurs of the diaspora are carried out within the framework of the strategies promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic in terms of commercial diplomacy and inclusion of the diaspora in development and investment projects.
