The Ministerio de Economía (MINEC) through the Directorate of Hydrocarbons and Mines, activated a plan to verify the quality, quantity and prices of fuels at gas stations in the country, while the Defensoría del Consumidor (DC) will probe prices of food products and bottled water in convenience stores of these service stations nationwide.
