As part of the commemoration of International Women's Day, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Tigo El Salvador and Glasswing International organized the "Empowering Future Leaders: A Conversation in Women's Month".

With the objective of facilitating knowledge that helps create and strengthen leadership skills for women and their businesses, Bancoagrícola developed Programa Integral Mujer Activa, this time through a workshop aimed at female clients who own businesses and SMEs in the eastern part of the country.

Avon El Salvador and the organization Voces Vitales closed the project "Building the best version of me" as part of the program "Avon Put an End to Violence against women and girls", where they awarded diplomas for their participation to 96 women entrepreneurs from different parts of the country.

Uber's app aims to offer opportunities through technology. To fulfill its commitment to gender equity, the mobility platform today presented the empowerment program "Juntas al volante" for female driver members who use or plan to use the Uber app in El Salvador.
