The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and Banco CUSCATLAN de El Salvador, S.A. formalized this friday a global line of credit for up to US$60 million to be made available to salvadoran small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new line of credit plans to benefit more than 450 small and medium-sized enterprises to support their economic reactivation as part of the solid commitment to Sustainable Competitiveness promoted by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) in conjunction with Banco CUSCATLAN.

The competition will take place this coming February 5, at 7:00 a.m. and at least 100 national and foreign surfers from 27 countries are expected to participate. The championship will be of high level and will have the presence of a qualified jury to evaluate each category.

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) approved a US$60 million line of credit to Banco CUSCATLAN to support the economic reactivation of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and promote the competitiveness of the business sector.

Through this alliance, Banco CUSCATLAN and PROPARCO, a subsidiary dedicated to the private sector of the French Development Agency (AFD), reaffirm their commitment and support to Salvadoran entrepreneurs with various credit tools that facilitate opportunities for growth within the sector.
