Sostengo launches the first smart insurance app for vehicles in the salvadoran market

Sostengo, the innovative salvadoran insurance company that started commercial operations in the country and has raised more than US$1.5 million in local and foreign investment, presented its mobile application: Sostengo. It is the first end-to-end application in the country, offering smartphone users the possibility of carrying out the entire process of quoting, customization, acquisition and management of vehicle insurance through a single application. Sostengo is designed to provide ease, accessibility and transparency to users.

The CEO of the company, Estuardo Escobar, commented that this launch "is a breakthrough in the region, by providing salvadorans with an end to end platform, a term that refers to the fact that, in addition to providing this solution, Sostengo will be present in all phases in which its customers interact with the App, with the intention of making it much easier for users and free of technicalities so that salvadorans can access insurance services quickly, reliably and comfortably".

The app, available both in the App Store and Play Store as well as in AppGallery, has a user experience focused on the main needs that a customer wants in an insurance policy. The Sostengo app has a user-friendly and very intuitive flow for the user, thanks to the algorithms and artificial intelligence with which it is designed.

The platform is the only one of its kind that offers complete personalization, which allows it to recommend the ideal insurance for each type of vehicle and offer each user the fairest price according to their needs.

At the same time, the application also allows you to manage in a few minutes the different stages of the service acquisition process: insurance contract for your car, vehicle accident report, assistance with real people in case of emergency and many other options.

During the launch, in addition to learning about all the benefits of Sostengo, attendees had the opportunity to download and test the application first-hand from mobile devices.

Escobar said that Sostengo is a customizable solution tailored to the needs of industry clients, with customization options aimed at making the tool easy to use for all users.

"The market has a very large potential for growth, since only 10% of the vehicle fleet in El Salvador has an insurance policy",  explains the leader of the insurtech.
