Written by Evelyn Alas

The Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE), developed the "Hackaton Enchufate 2021" from november 23 to 25 at the Hotel Sheraton Presidente.

On this occasion, around 50 people nationwide will have the opportunity to acquire and strengthen entrepreneurial skills by helping them to think of alternative solutions that create value. During the activity there were presentations on Business Models, Technological Surveillance and Patents, Lego Serious Play, Secure Development, Social Engineering,

Security for SMEs and Marketing Analytics

The Hackaton is a space designed for the creation of prototype solutions to challenges related to eco-friendly packaging for agricultural and agro-industrial production, local economic development and technological inclusion of women, within a time limit.

This activity was developed within the framework of the National Entrepreneurship Policy and with the objective of positioning innovation in the processes of business creation by entrepreneurs.

CONAMYPE integrates a model for the development of enterprises taking as a reference the process of development of enterprises from their creation, in order to design support tools for entrepreneurs, since there is an area of intersection between entrepreneurship policies and policies for the development of MSEs.

In addition, there is an urgent need to understand that entrepreneurship processes integrate methods to generate entrepreneurial human capital, which includes not only actions aimed at strengthening the capacities of existing entrepreneurs, but also the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and skills among people, aimed at a new generation of committed entrepreneurs with social and business awareness.
