Kodigo Academy of Creative Technology, Tigo and the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (Camarasal) developed a training and networking space for companies in the technology sector in order for them to establish cooperation and synergies to strengthen the industry nationwide.

The space featured Edgard Grande, CEO of Tigo El Salvador with the presentation: “El Salvador conectado. Historia, avances y oportunidades que ofrecen las autopistas digitales”.Also, there was a presentation by Ricardo Chavez, CEO of Kodigo on: Scalability with Technology.

"As a union we are committed to providing our partners with the tools to adapt to the demands of the modern world, in which technology is key. That is why we believe it is important to open these spaces for business growth, which are a boost to the country's economic growth", explained the president of the association, Jorge Hasbún.

"The exponential demand for technology services globally and nationally opens a door for more job creation that transforms the lives of young people in El Salvador. We are excited to be part of this change where our responsibility is that young people are trained and have access to employment opportunities of high added value. We have shown that world-class technology can be made in El Salvador", said Fernando Kriete, President and founder of Kodigo.

Kodigo through its program "Kod1ficando para Mejorar Vidas" co-financed by the IDB group's Innovation Lab develops human capital in the area of technology and supports its graduates in their placement in companies in the technology sector.

Young people aspiring to be part of this accelerated training program can register through the website www.kodigo.org

"At Tigo we believe in the power of technology to drive companies of all sizes, and that is why we have been constantly investing for 30 years in the construction of digital highways, now crucial for the growth of companies.
