The president of the institution, Celina Padilla, inaugurated this morning the new service point and on the occasion stressed that "as a public bank we seek to be closer to the salvadoran population and that they make use of the wide range of financial products and services we have".
The head of the agency also mentioned that "banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, remittance payments, service payments, account opening, new products, credit card and loan applications, among others, may be carried out at the agency".
She also recalled that the institution is the one that has grown the most in terms of deposits and loans, surpassing even private banks. "President Bukele entrusted us with the task of taking this bank to the top of the financial system, including all productive sectors without exception. We seek to be the best financial support for all those who want to get ahead in their businesses. We want to encourage them, see them grow and develop as entrepreneurs, this is our great vision and commitment", emphasized Celina Padilla.
Metrocentro San Salvador is a strategic and easy to reach place, which is considered as a meeting point for the salvadoran family to make different purchases in stores or simply to be distracted and that is why the BH has chosen to open its Financial Center. In it, customers and users can not only make the operations of an agency but also will have, in its second level, with the advice of micro executives, companies and individuals.
Metrocentro Agency has been designed with larger spaces, with a cashier's area, customer service and commercial executives. The agency is open from monday to friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm.
In addition, all customers can make use of the ATM network throughout the country, digital media and express points for the financial transactions they require.
