Taxpayers who took advantage of previous Tax Amnesties and did not comply with payment plans, will not have the benefit of exoneration of fines, but may apply for a term of 9 installments starting with a premium of 20%.
Taxpayers who have tax returns or goods registered in tax periods corresponding to 2021 may apply. Also, taxpayers who have debts with the Dirección General de Impuestos Internos y Dirección General de Aduanas (DGA) that have been sent to the General Directorate of Treasury for the collection process.
And taxpayers with cases presented to the Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), even when the respective criminal process has been initiated in the absence of a definitive sentence from the judge, demanding full payment of taxes, without fines, surcharges or interest.
