Samsung and Tigo El Salvador promote digital transformation with the first edition of Tigo Tech Fest 2022

From september 22 to 24, the salvadoran public could fully immerse themselves in an experience full of innovation and technology that seeks to promote digital transformation with the Tigo Tech Fest 2022.

In this event Tigo El Salvador and Samsung showed attendees a variety of products from different brands related to sports, the world of gaming and cell phones of different ranges.

Also, Samsung presented its latest release of foldable phones, which are the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4, devices that attract the attention of visitors due to its features that fit the needs of people.

Visitors were the biggest witness that the Galaxy Z Flip4 is equipped with an iconic form factor that can be positioned in different degrees to unlock a treasure trove of innovative features. This is a smartphone designed to deliver the most personalized experience.

In this important technological fair could not miss the Galaxy Z Fold4, which is a team that goes a step ahead in mobile technology, because it combines the versatility of a folding with a high-end smartphone, which makes it the ideal ally for the most demanding.

"One of the three areas of the show was specially prepared so that customers could take pictures in a creative way, with Samsung's Flip4 and Fold4, as there was a wall that simulates being upside down. Visitors were also able to see the digital catalog, learn about the wide variety of Samsung products and buy them online at super special prices, with a maximum of two days to receive them at the door of their home", said Angue Trigueros, manager of Samsung El Salvador.

The first edition of Tigo Tech Fest was held in the Salamanca Events room and brought together different experts, technology speakers, live music, experiences of technology brands, sports, gaming and food.

"We have completed our first Tigo Tech Fest and we are very pleased to have generated this experience for all our customers. With this Tech Fest, we set important precedents in the national industry", said Tigo's Events and Sponsorship Manager, Luis Padilla.

On the last day of the Tech Fest, Guillem Graell, FC Barcelona's brand director for the 2017-2021 period, gave a presentation. Guillem will expose his presentation "BARÇA From soccer club to the biggest Lovebrand in the world of sports".

During his time as CMO of FC Barcelona, he tripled the revenue generated by the digital product area and transformed the club into a LoveBrand, an achievement that earned him recognition as the most valued soccer brand in the world by Forbes magazine.

Some of the activities included Mario Kart and Supersmash brothers challenges, both in the gaming area. There were also Fifa and Fornite contests. Also, in the music area, there will be a spectacular closing with bands and DJs such as: La Otra Mitad, Friguey, Los Corsarios, Tónico 86, Meet My Strangers, Fugga, Dj Cosme, Dj Zander and Dj Saul.
