The minister of Public Works, Romero Rodríguez, expressed this morning that starting this thursday, july 28th, a lane of the new overpass in the Utila roundabout, Santa Tecla, will be opened.

This with the objective that people for the holiday season can travel through this area with greater fluidity and can reach their destinations on time.

Also, the partial implementation of this project, according to the official, will begin in august, in addition, it has an investment of US$3.6 million.

This project will be of great importance since the head of the MOP, said that for this holiday season the Ministerio de Turismo (MITUR), has projected that the country will receive more than 57 thousand visitors generating an average of US$60 million in foreign exchange.

In addition, the official explained that also for next week they expect to inaugurate the Sivar Land amusement park, for those who want to spend their vacations enjoying the wheels and food of the season.

Sivar Land will be located in the grounds of the Estadio Cuscatlán and the activities of this park will also reach the squares of the Historic Center and the six communities in the six districts of San Salvador.
