The official also reported that with the first training sessions given by the CEDE Móvil in San Miguel, 44 entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs benefited, of which 31 people (19 women and 12 men) passed with satisfaction the basic level: "Creating your bankable business plan, applying financial and administrative tools".

These sessions were held between January 27 and February 18, in two groups of participants, in the mornings and afternoons, where each group also received two days of mentoring.

The CEDE Móvil has 22 computers, Smart board, 4 modems, four routers, sound system, air conditioning, furniture and electrical plant to guarantee the participants' learning.
