Great Place to Work recognizes Millicom as one of Fortune's Best Places to Work in 2022

Millicom, the leading provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications services in Latin America through its TIGO brand, has been recognized with the fifth position among the Best Places to Work in 2022. The list by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine ranks the 25 best places to work worldwide.

These companies represent approximately 15 million employees worldwide. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, developed the list through rigorous analysis and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered on the basis that they are a Great Place to Work-Certified organization.

Earlier this year, Tigo ranked second in the Great Place to Work 2022 ranking for multinationals in Latin America, and fifth in the "Best Multinationals in Central America and the Caribbean" category.

In the Great Place to Work ranking for each country, the company ranked first in Paraguay, second in Costa Rica, third in Bolivia and Nicaragua, fourth in El Salvador, and fifth in Honduras. In addition, two Tigo operations were recognized in the "Best Places to Work in Central America" category.

"Best places to work in Central America with more than 2,500 workers", ranking first in Guatemala and fourth in Panama. Tigo also ranked ninth in the category.
