With the objective of facilitating knowledge that helps create and strengthen leadership skills for women and their businesses, Bancoagrícola developed Programa Integral Mujer Activa, this time through a workshop aimed at female clients who own businesses and SMEs in the eastern part of the country.

In order to know how people in Central America understand leadership and compare the different perspectives between leaders and collaborators on leadership issues, CCK Central America and ManpowerGroup prepared the report "Leadership in Central America: Horizon 2023", which indicates that in the country most people categorize a leader as one who motivates (82.45%), builds a team (74.29%) and inspires (71.02%).
