Sistema Fedecrédito develops "EMPRENDE SALVADOREÑA" congress

SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO is proud to have held the congress "EMPRENDE SALVADOREÑA 2022", which was held with the aim of highlighting the leading role of women in the productive life, economy and social development of El Salvador.

The congress included an interesting success story by Sofia Aparicio, founder of the clothing brand "April Store", who addressed the topic "Fracaso, luego existo", where she spoke about her experience and beginnings as an entrepreneur and motivated the attendees to follow their dreams.

The congress also held an interesting panel forum called "the importance of women for the country's economy", with the participation of the following panelists: Margarita Fernández, head of the Technical Coherence Spotlight Initiative of UN Women; Mercy Ramos de Paz, Executive of Financial Institutions and Strategic Programs of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI); Amaly Guardado, Co-Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting at the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA) and Silvia Hernández, Head of Supervision of Digital Financial Services of the Superintendence of the Financial System.

The event also featured a keynote speech by Glenda Umaña, one of the most recognized and valued international journalists in Latin America. She has 30 years of on-screen experience, 18 of them at CNN en Español, and is currently the president and founder of Glenda Umaña Communications.
